Marva is currently promoting her lyrically profound first single of 2025 DTC titled “Fire Love!” written and recorded in Los Angeles only days prior to the 2025 devastating fire outbreak that destroyed many industry peers homes in Alta Dena and Pacific Palisades. Impressed and touched by the outpouring of Angeleno love for one another, Marva decided to dedicate this song to her city. This Soulfully Funky song also pays homage to Maurice White, founder and creative element of EWF, and the brilliant unsung hero behind the scenes, Charles Stepney, Both prominent influencers of the “True Essence” of authentic 70s and 80s R&B music.
